Have just rec'd call from very nice lady in B&Q Customer Services apologising for cancelling order and telling me I would be refunded (as yet I haven't been) and she wondered if I will be taking the matter any further???
When I said that I would she offered me the address - I declined and stated that I had it on the letter from them that I received earlier today

Guys, Alas I was too late to benefit (or not) from this bargain, but have to admit it has been more gripping the Eastenders. The highs of finding the bargain, the pondering of if it would be delivered, the second high provided by Mummy's boy Jonathon, and his "Faux delivery" claims. His subsequent disappearance, as though his silence has been bought by the enemy that is B+Q (I think he did get it delivered, but was only allowed to keep it on the grounds that he didn't tell). The anger following the rejection calls/ letters. THe annoyance of not even getting a tenner for the trouble. THe hopes through the legal system and dreams of getting it to the top of the consumer (bad) shops, Watchdog.

I am genuinly upset for you guys, as I think that B+Q don't have a leg to stand on as they have taken the money. And I hope that you can do something to get one over the big bad B+Q. As they say, "down let the B'stards get you down".
