Kays price error on DC07?

alyssa_mae yes ive just tried to track my order online and its showing as if i have no orders. I will wait and see what happens as ive had this happen before with them. I ordered a load of stuff and 2-3 days later it was still not showing online so i rang up and they said i could leave it and wait or do it again so i gave them the order again then guess what, 2 lots turned up. So im not too disheartened yet. just have to wait and see.

if you go in to your account at kays and go to 'cancel an order' the dyson shows up there at £97.19? though the order does not show up anywhere else..ie. current orders

anyone else have this amount showing? weird? is that the full price or the 20% discounted price?

You quite right. No order showing in the latest orders section but
1 DC07 ANI CLEANER VD0719 £86.39 showing in the Cancel order heading.
I've left it and am keeping my fingers crossed.
Don't understand why there should be a price difference between two new customers ordering the same item at more or less the same time.

i do not think we are going to get these as i have just called cs about my bench that was a miss-price which is now out of stock! and they had no information on my dyson so i think they are pulling a fast one!!!! I will be amazed if we get these.

Just rang customer services, using the free phone number 0800 0922622 and was told that they are expecting delivery of cleaners around the 3rd Aug and they delivery should be aobut 8th August. I stated that i wanted one of these for a present and could i have it delivered before the 12th. The girl told me to ring back on fri.

Me thinks that none of us will get these. Unless some are lucky like some of the bench people.

u were right. I just clicked on cancel order and my dyson is there. Thanks. just hope it makes it from there to here.

If they are getting new stock in on 3rd August how can they be sold out?

I had confirmation of my order 16th July 2005 at 2pm.
Now they are saying they can not satisfy order.
I have emailed back to say that I will purchase elsewhere and they can pay the difference.
They confirmed my order.
