Kays price error on DC07?

I was going to get them to come and service my old one - I understand that for about £50 they make them like new but I ordered one of these instead. My old one can go out and my current one can move to the garage for car cleaning and maybe the brats would use the new one more often as it colour coordinates with their rooms!

They seem to be churning out the 2 email confirmations, but will any be delivered....

i ordered mine late friday night but yet to recieve a confirmation of e-mail of the order so rang cs to see if the system had a record of my order..nope...but she advised that it can take up to 48 hrs for new customer orders to be get on the system...so ask to make another order for back up but on an account... advised me that having the two orders may cancel them both out so i went on to explain the other one was paid out right on card...she then relunctantly put the order through..sounds like they open an account and credit check you regardless if you pay outright or not...also asked if a confirmation of order by email is a definate delivery...she said according to her data system the item is still at a 2-3 week delivery...meaning its available....oh well if it dont come i ve save myself eighty odd quid...and my current noo noo wont need a new home!

Not quite....''Before commencing work on your machine, the Engineer will advise you if it is beyond economic repair''. i.e. economic repair for them not you.

I've just ordered mine so we'll see what happens when the confirmation order comes through.....hopefully it'll show the 20% discount up as well!!

I ordered on 16th July (Saturday) and had a receipt for the order. I have just received a confirmation of order which stated that the item is sold out.

I have just phoned customer services who can't check on the system for some reason but informed me that if it says it is sold out then I wont be getting one.

Damn.

When I ordered mine it said delivery in about 3 weeks, now it says out of stock and it wont let you order it, so hopfully if it would let you order it, we should get them.

I've got a confirmation of order, but when I go to order tracking there are no recent orders showing. So I think it's unlikely that I'm going to get one.
