thanks for this iain d my son keeps pestering me to claim my dyson for his flat he can have it now aslong as i get my new one :j
got confirmation email for my order for lavendar/steel dyson0 -
just rang customer service at kays..the girl confirmed it would be the lilac and steel model for £107.99 as i noticed when i put the order through it comes up being the yellow and steel model which doesnt include the brush attachment...the lilac is more suitable for hard flooring....she also confirmed payment will only be taken when items are dispatched...guess to cover them if they do run out of stock! could never justify the price for a dyson as have just a small property but at this price it certainly worth the expense even though my current hoover has never let me down.... got to admit even though i have saved loads through mse i have also spent money like its going out of fashion!!0

Did anybody tried to register after receiving reference number. It tells me invalid reference or postcode! anyworkaround? Is that impotant to register to get 20% refund/discount back ?
saynoto0870.com given me freephone number 0800 0922622 to contact kays
Many thanks0 -
I sure it said as long as you are a new customer you will get any discounts when they take the money out of your A/C. If I don't get the discount, I will just ring them when I receive it.0

And me. Had the same problem trying to register for a password, maybe it's because it was too soon after ordering.

yes i got that mattress too, very cheap it was! it was a price error, they put the price back up again not long afterwards but i did get mine at the cheap price, it wasn't even worth that but a Dyson is guaranteed quality
i doubt they will let anyone just pay for it in full as a one off transaction without setting up an account - they will allow you to pay in full using a credit card but they will still do the credit check on you and will still send you catalogues and junk mail forever.
i don't know if they'll let me have a catalogue again but i will try it, i want a new dyson. i used to have a catalogue with them but they 'streamlined' their customer base and got rid of me last year because i sent too many things back. i got a very rude letter telling me that as i sent back a lot of the items i ordered they could only assume that they weren't selling what i was looking for, so would i kindly refrain from placing any more orders :rotfl: i admit sometimes i ordered something and kept the offered free gift but most of my returns were because the quality of the goods was terrible, especially clothes, you never knew which size to order because they were such cheap nasty things.
worth a try for a cheap dyson though
