I then bundled up the rubbist they have sent me and psted it to them in their freepost envelope!
Just done the same - More junk mail from them arrived this morning.
Told em to close my account, take my name off their mailing list and don't send me any more catalogues.
REASON: Because I was mislead into opening an account by purchasing an item they had no intention of supplying. Also that it too them 3 weeks before informing me the order was cancelled.

I also was told they had to cancel my order for the dyson, then i had a phone call from kays lifestyle to ask if i liked the catalogue, well i just had to get it off my chest by saying that my first order from them was not fulfilled and if that was how you treat new customers then forget it she just put the phone down on me.Today i have had another letter from them saying we hope your happy with your first order from kays lifestyle and if i would like to open a credit account with them i can have £10 off my next purchase.Do they give UP !!!!!!0

Just got a letter from Kays saying "am I happy with my first order" what order!
. I have also had another Email from Vivienne Coulson from Kays and she is now telling me the price that was advertised was for an MP3 player and not for the Dyson DC07. Before she wrote to me and told me they could not get anymore stock of the Dyson, now I don't know what to believe
. Is Vivenne saying the first letter she sent me was just a reply to get rid of me, I am not that easy to get rid of

would anyone who missed out on this offer be interested in an upright dc14. london area. just bought it, and cleaner is now on strike as she hates them, so i need to find it a new home. still under 2 year warranty - under 3 weeks old, but cleaner was on hols -, but threw the box out as it was ok/complete, so now cannot return it.

            Hello All
Just to update you. I have spoken today to Anthony Heald, who is Customer Experience Director.
Complete waste of time as he doesn't care about the loss of so many potential new customers bu upsetting them. All he wanted to do was offer a 10% discount of a further order. Some chance. I have told him I won't be using Kays again but he doesn't care.
Hope everybody who was disappointed won't use them any more. If you want to tell him how crap your 'Customer Experience' had been e-mail him via lesley.blower@shopdg.net0 -
After receiving a catalogue (which I didn't want) and lots of marketing leaflets, a statement of my account (showing that my order was cancelled by them due to being out of stock), and receiving an email last week advertising the very same Dyson model (which incidentally was in stock but at a higher price), today I received the final insult. A letter from LX Direct asking me to purchase an Extended Service Plan for my new vacuum cleaner in case it breaks down. WHAT VACUUM CLEANER!!!
After fuming about it I have now sent an email to the address above and am looking forward to their reply.Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you0 -
