Kays price error on DC07?

    I have just telephoned Kays to enqiure about my order which I placed on Friday 15 July. They informed me that the order has been cancelled as there is no stock available from their suppliers. Looks like we won't be getting a bargain after all! What do we do next?

    what happenned to good things come to those who wait? think your all getting too negative...the dyson was at a very competitive price...but it only became a real bargain with 20% off...considering you can get a yellow model from kwik save for £125 then its very clear that the ds07 range is becoming obselete there for there would be bargains to be had.

    I think you will find that Kwiksave has no stock left, unless your local store has them?. I think its "should of gone to Kwiksave :rolleyes: ".

    I rang tonight to confirm my order, but was told that it was cancelled. Never mind.

    It seems rather like they are not only short on stock but simply arent fulfilling any orders.....
    2 + 2 = 4
    except for the general public when it can mean whatever they want it to.

    My order has also mysteriously disappeared, despite Kays sending me an email less than two days ago confirming that my order would be delivered when stock arrived.

    I have emailed them telling them they appear to have made some kind of mistake, as my order has mysteriously disappeared from my account without any communication with me to advise of this.

    I'm not expecting either a sensible reply (as my email was rather tongue-in-cheek) or delivery of a Dyson, but then again I wasn't expecting them to fulfil my order in the first place!!

    I sent a similar email a couple of days ago and have just received one from them saying my order has been cancelled due to their inability to get further stocks :rolleyes:

    Got a letter from Kays (Ann Hannay Cust Service Manager)

    "Ia ma writing to let you know that, despite a great deal of effort, we have been unable to obtain any more supplies of the goods shown, therfore I have had to cancel your order....etc...etc"

    Worth a try..... On too the next one....
