    Okay that's bad. Does anybody have screen grab showing old price?

    If we have screen grab showing current price, stock and old screen dump that would be good enough to put pressure on them with a followup call IMO

    Still showing this entry in cancel screen.. not sure what's going on

    I don't have a screen grab but I took a hard copy when I placed my order on 15 July. This shows catalogue no VD0719 - Dyson DC07 Upright Cleaner - Steel/Lavender at £107.99 and availability within 3 weeks.

    no need to prove anything, they have the record of the cancellation on the account ie.£86 what ever pence...i queried if it was a price mistake and if this is why there not available...she confirmed that it was not a price mistake at the first instance...and that kays sometimes do have promotional items due to the bulk buying.

    I have stupidly deleted the email - did have the email confirming my order - but too trusting as usual

    My bank account has now caught up and there is EXACTLY £107.99 reserved on my current account - ie the correct price of the DC07 Animal before the 20% discount.
