I guess we are all waiting with everything crossed for those reply letters we sent out last week, I know I am!
Goodness knows why I expect a reply letter judged with everything else that they have messed up. But hey, we live in hope.

B&Q have arranged for delivery of a wooden play centre (which is what I ordered) to be delivered to me Thursday. I've already had the slide delivered back a few weeks ago then told 'no more stock', until I wrote to them.

We'll see what Thursday brings, I'm not hopeful.

But still interesting that something that is 'out of stock' two weeks ago is still being processed by B&Q. So where did this 'new' stock come from?.

Maybe they're using bits from all the sets that have been returned damaged to create sets that are un-damaged.

to save me looking through all the theards i have miss while i have been on holiday can some on pm the standard letter and the address they used please. i have done nothing other than give my details to frogling and tell B&Q i do not want a refund.

Just been on the phone to Northants TS.

I want to send B&Q a letter detailing my 'loss of bargains' and need to come up with alternative suppliers for the two items I ordered. To that end does anyone know where they are selling the table football and the garden kids multigym, I think they were originally selling for £149 and £169 on the B&Q site?

I also need the B&Q address as I've misplaced it!

I'm going to send them a letter and if I don't get anywhere I WILL take them to the Small claims court.
