I haven't even received an Offer of vouchers or an apology or anything and they still have my money, I am not going to ring them again I have emailed them and Kingfisher and watchdog so the longer they hold onto my money knowing full well they haven't got the goods to deliver to me, the stronger my case will be.

All 5 packages appear to be present and correct.......im gobsmacked!!
unfortunately due to hubby being at work then family wedding at weekend it wont be able to go up yet :-( but i got it!!!!!!

aarrgghhhhhh..........we just unwrapped everything and the slide is broken.......a great big huge jutting out jagged crack in it!! rang B+Q who assured me it will be no problem to collect it and get a new one out to me.
