    if they have offered a refund and i have accepted it does that mean that the contract is no longer legally binding? the chap said that he would refund the money to my account when i spoke to him,..

    After reading the last days posts about this I am getting myself ready for a big let down, we'll see. I did phone the delivery place today and my order is not showing on their system yet, apparently it takes 3 days to transfer from the ordering system to the delivery system. :confused:

    That's not a bad idea - anyone clued up on how we go about doing this? I am so upset about all of this. No birthday present for my youngest, my three-year-old has just come out of hospital and I was looking forward to making the summer a happy one for her. I am so livid I am on the verge of tears!

    reckon you should bid on the ones on ebay...quite a few people seem to have cashed in on the idea if you search under wooden frame
    and then get b and q to pay the difference...

    Could everyone who has had problems with B&Q please PM me with brief details. I am going to collate some stats on how many of us have been let down, and shall then take it further as appropriate based on the numbers.

    I think that this might be a case of strength in numbers, so please add your voice to the cause!
  • DH Suggested those of us having no joy so far co-ordinate times each day to ring the customer services, and literally bring down their call centre with calls until they give us adequate replacement or compensation.
    Anyone else up for this?
    We are waiting for phonecalls, funny how they're never returned

    I was just about to pm you but thought maybe it would be better to set up a template to make it easier to co ordinate all those pms

    4. Promised Delivery Date
    5. Actual delivery date
    5. Items ordered
    6. Items outstanding
    7. B & Q's response
    8 Any further action?
    9. Any other relevant info

    Please this is just a suggestion so feel free ammend or delete.
