If you don't need the 19" TFT you can get it below £500 by selecting the 17"TFT. Certainly looks very good and a pretty good deal if you need a pc, which I don't at the moment. Damn.

That D09516 5100 PC is a good deal, don't forget Quidco (etc..) for cashback.

D09516 is a misprice though so probably doubtful whether anybody will receive their PC's!! (I hope WE do for obvious reasons) ;)
When you enter that e-value code you'll see that it says 3.0ghz (Just above the price right at the top) but the processor 'included' in the code is the 3.4ghz cpu...
I can see an email from Dell in a couple of days along the lines of sorry but there was a misprice bla bla bla but as they say, nothing ventured, nothing gained!! ;)

    Here's hoping.... :D

This might sound a stupid question. I have been trying to get the D09516 on the Dell site but can't find it all i seem to get is the D09515. Could someone please advise me on how to find the D09516, please?

NickA, why do you say this is a misprice? Dell seem to offer all sorts of different deals all the time. Anyway, I do hope it is OK, I've just ordered one for my son, and it took me ages to be brave enough to do it (not being very computer savvy, and not having much spare cash :o ). You've got me worried now!

I don't think it's a misprice - it has the £70 off offer which helps lower the price.
  • It is a misprice, because if you customize build the exact pc it comes to over £800.

    To find the item..
    go to https://www.dell.co.uk
    Then select home.
At the top of the screen are some options. Select "Shop by E-value Code"
Then put in the code. Make sure you dont input a space at the end or it will come up with an error message,

    Good Luck
    Be nice

It is a misprice, because if you customize build the exact pc it comes to over £800.

If you customise from scratch a basic system to any E value code it always comes out well over the E value price. Always use an E Value code closest to the spec you require. Customising costs far too much and you are better upgrading yourself.

I think Dell will honour this.... it's not ridiculously under priced... just very very good value.
