Even better hope it goes through!0 -
I wouldn't think so.if i leave the page on the about to pay page(entering credit card details) will i effectively reserve the item or not?
Should be a 250GB HDD and £407 is the right price - I just ordered one! I'm planning to flog on the base unit for anything over £320 and I will be left with a 17" TFT for my daughter for £85 - cheaper than Aria (or anywhere else for that matter). Anything more than £320 for the base unit and the price of her TFT just gets lower.I make it £407 with 17 inch flat panel and 150 gig drive
Are you sure that wasn't the other Dell misprice - the seriously cheap Dimension 3000 ones where the price came down as you added more and more expensive screens??but have read on another forum of peeps getting there order cancelled alreadyYou don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.0 -
ordered one myself doubt it go through0

Still showing the £407 price for me (00:19am)You don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.0

Doubt this is a miss price....and a damn good deal I must say....I just can't justify getting it myself ....I'll be over-run with dell bargains soon otherwise

and sits in basket at £406.93
damn...If only I didn't have a 2.8 system with 1gb memory and 2 hdd's giving me 280gb space...I could prolly argue a reason to get it...hang on..my monitor is only a 15" tft
Ohh, SATA drives are quick...if your still on ATA drives and buy this system expect it to perform faster than expected
My own system had an ATA driver originally and when I fitted the SATA drive I couldn't believe the difference in speed...just down to hard-driveWelcome, rogerramjet.

It looks a similar machine to the Aldi one for £499 a week ago.......
But that did not include a monitor or have 1Gb of RAM
So it is indeed a very good deal.0 -
This seems like a great bargain and I'm tempted. I've seen references to a 5% off code in this thread. Does anybody have information about this?
Thanks0 -
forgot to mention best to get the dell wireless keyboard for an extra £15 since u can easily sell them for like £35+ on ebay , thats what i did with my last lot of pcs from dell. Also use quidco for 4.5% off0
