cantwin - Well as yet havnt heard anything back from CCCS yet been a week since we returned all our info papers to them (whats the average time?) .

Hi Goldgpr, we sent off our paperwork to CCCS last week, we got a letter at the weekend asking for bank details for 2 of our creditors so I know they are processing everything. I guess like me your 1st payment will be 1st July so they have under a month to get everything in place.

I'll wait a bit longer then for them to sort it out and fingers crossed they will all accept.

Yes my first payment to CCCS will be the 1st of July. Just want to get it all sorted now think that i will sleep better once everything is going through ok.

    Hi Guys.

Wanted to give you a bump up and ask if I can join?

I'm in the process of changing DMP providers from a fee paying one (robbing g*ts) to payplan.......I'm waiting for all the info to come back from my fee paying one so may need some help soon. Payplan are happy to take me on and with increasing my payments, I've halved the time I can pay off my debts :j

    Hope everyone is well

Number 203 added! Big welcome :T

As if you didn't know that already!:D

They keep calling DH at work (rather irritatingly!)

This happened with my husband he told them he worked on a helpdesk and he could be sacked for taking personal calls and to their credit they never rang again.

Hi all, can you guys claify to me what you mean by claiming back charges. I have been charged recently by late payments etc...... Is there a rule as to what you can claim etc...... Sorry to sound really thick, would be grateful for some help on this one. Every penny counts !!!!
    Angel Cake xx

If you have a look at Martins article it will explain everything. But in short you can attempt to claim back late payment charges, overlimit fees etc.

Just out of curiosity how much are you all paying on your DMP in relation to your total debt?

    I'm paying £103 off a debt of £9976.

I need a review soon as I forgot to include my bus fare in my budget but am worried that I'm already paying such a small amount of my debt that they won't allow it.
