Hi,
Went for lunch with a friend today, we both had a main and ordered a side of chinese spicy spare ribs (these are deep fried in salt and chilli batter very very very bad for you but very very very tasty)
However, these only arrived once we had both almost finished our main dishes of noodles, so we didn't eat them and I asked for a doggy bag. Am still pretty stuffed from lunch so thinking may just have a corn-on-the-cob for dinner, do you reckon they could be frozen and reheated at a later date?I presume they are cooked from fresh at the restaurant. can always eat tomorrow I suppose but am TRYING to eat a little healthily, so thinking could save them for a day when OH about and I make a chinese meal-instant side dish :j
