  • yep same as Camelot, cut up into size required and pop in a bag then freeze - I'm the only one who eats salmon in my household, so this is great for me

Agree with previous posters. Portion up, pop in freezer bags, take out as needed. There's only me here too and I normally pick up a big salmon from Costco and portion it up as their salmon is good value compared to the supermarkets.
This is WAY more fun than monopoly.

Same here, I cut up a side of salmon and freeze as single portions and can just take out what I need when I need it.

As long as you freeze it in single portions you'll be fine ;)
  • Remember to take it out to defrost in good time.

I have recently started doing a monthly shop and cooking a lot of meals at the start of the month then freezing them. I wondered if it is safe to make up marinades and put on raw chicken breasts, then freezing them till they need to be cooked. Sorry if this is a really silly question but obviously you have to be quite careful when dealing with raw chicken so I thought I should check.

You can buy similar things, so I don't see why not.
