well, I've frozen it before although I was surprised how much water came out of it when defrosted. Also blasted it in the oven when defrosted to have hot.0

Hiya,
At the very top of the board we have this sticky thread:-
Quick questions on ANYTHING (see first post for Freezing, Reheating, Slow Cooker, +)
And in the very first post is a link for the quick questions on freezing thread. Which is where I'm going to move your post to now
And, yes, it gets a bit watery when defrosting, just pour it off before reheating.Hi, I'm a Board Guide on the Old Style and the Consumer Rights boards which means I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly and can move and merge posts there. I think you can freeze the dough, but can you freeze the finished item? Our osing is going well except that when I cook up a big batch of something to last a week, if it doesn't get frozen then it gets eaten in a day. The cookies I make contain the usual flour, marge, sugar plus porridge oats, an egg and whatever else gets put in - dried fruit, nuts, choc chips, lemon zest etc.
Thanks, Ness.0 -

The answer appears to be yes - the site above has tips for how to do it.April Grocery Challenge: £250/£127.530 -

I find they go a little soft usually when they are defrosted, but we like them like that. Freeze them in small usable batches as they might stick together. You could put something between the ones in the seperate amounts to stop them sticking too, maybe greaseproof or similar. One day I might be more organised...........

There's an older thread that has the answers. See:--

I've got leftover beef from sunday. How do I freeze it? In a bag or a tub? There's not much and is a mixture of slices and crumbly bits - some fatty, some nice. Haven't a clue what I'm going to do with it, just don't want to throw it out.0
