I've been given the weapons to make some cheese myself. Seems to be the soft cheese, ricotta, cheese cheese, mozzarella etc.
Can anybody point me in the right direction for a thread or some websites pls.

There are loads of clips on you tube about making mozzarella. It's great fun to do.If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0 -
