£10 Free from Vodafone!!!

Do you think it makes a difference the amount of credit that you use, as my son doesn't really use alot, maybe thats why they didn't offer me anything!

Well, I didn't get offered any credit but I've had my price plan changed to my advantage after explaining to them that I was on a DMP and had been asked to reduce my mobile outgoings. I've been with Vodafone for just over 10 years and apparently was on the most expensive price plan that they had!Thank you so much for this!

Hi Phoned VP was informed of a system failure " I wonder why ? " !!!
I was told to try later , tried the 08080945945 , was informed ` we have no i.d on that no. you will have to call customer services, asked him for a PAC code, told em I was going to o2, the nice chap said I will apply a credit and se if it re activates , it did , I got £ 5 credit on the phone !!!! whoopee

daft question Why when I tried to call VP on 191 was I informed `You have insufficient credit ! ` yet after the top up of £5 my current credit is £7-24 ?????

i just did this they offered me stop the clock and the 500 txts but no credit they offered to reimburse my 25p for the call

Just spent 20 minutes and about 40p trying to get this and all I got was PAC as I asked for. Vodaphone must have got sick of people saying they are kleaving and decided to let them go!

I rang them today, got text bundle for all four of us for £15 top up per month, and £5 credit each for the 3 adults in our household and £2 for our youngest, all for one 25p phone call!! She also told us to ring back in 6 months as we could negotiate another deal then.

Just called up and asked for PAC they asked me why I wanted to leave, I just said that o2 are offering better deals. They straight away started throwing stuff at me. I got £5 credit and 500 texts they also put me on beter price plan, and offered to do the same for my girlfriend.
