Worth trying though (even though I make very few calls and almost zero txts)

I just called and got 500 free texts per month when i top up by £15 but no free credit.
I am happy enough with that, as I don't always spent £15 per month.
I did go about the conversation differently as I had read the post above saying that they got offered nothing.I simply asked if they had a free texts offer available that could benefit me as long standing loyal vodafone PAYG customer, So that I wouldn't need to consider changing to another provider. hey presto done!
Thanks to OP,pinkpinkfizz

I've just rung and got £15 free credit - many many thanks. :jcraigshiells wrote: »I don't think many people know this but:

- They tell you about "stop the clock" and free weekend calls.
- They then ask you if you would accept £10 to stay for a minimum of another 30 days!
- They credit it to your account straight away and you only have to stay for 30 days. :j
- The last point to make is that this can be done once every 6 months!!
The numbers for Vodafone are:
191 (from your vodafone PAYT phone) or
08700 776655
Good Luck!!
P.s : Fell free to hit the thanks button!;)

I think they may have got wise to this now - I've just phoned them and they've given me the PAC number!
He asked me if there was anything else I wanted and I said that I was surprised that he was happy to lose me as a customer. And he replied that if I had made up my mind to leave Vodafone there wasn't much point.¿Alguien ha visto a mi nave espacial?
Biting is excellent. It's like kissing, only there's a winner.0 -
Tesco give you 1000 texts or minutes (either) when you request a PAC code. So PAC up and leave! (sorry)0

Do you have the telphone number to contact Tesco Mobile?Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in.0 -
Thank you very much for this one. Due to the amount of time I had been with Vodafone, they gave me £15.00 which was creditted to my phone straight away as well as the 500 free txts if I top up £15 a month within the next month. This could be £5 at a time, as long as it adds up to the £15 in total. This is for every month although the lady on the other end said that if I didn't top up that much one month, then I could just carry on again the next month that I did top up £15.
Thanks again, its nice to get something for free for a change. (Yes, know I've paid for it already).

I must be very unlucky. They just offered to drop the cost of my first three calls of the day to 30p each, from 35p,and when I turned that down they just gave me a P.A.C.code! Perhaps I'll be lucky in love.0

I didn't have much luck either, when I asked for PAC code she said that I had gone through to wrong dept - this is customer services and gave me a different phone number of 08080945945 to ring! has anyone else had this!?
