Hi, question.
Just moved into a new flat and signed up for a club card (and lots of lovely cheap wine).
opened my clubcard envelope, only to realise its for the girl who lived in the flat before me. She's got sent a £3.50 voucher for her club card points. i don't have an address to send it on to. will that voucher and her points be wasted if it doesn't get used, or will she get the points back.
if it will go to waste, can i use it? i won't if she'll ge the points back on her card for it, obviously.
cheers
just reposting to see if anyone knows, would hate to see it go to waste, but don't want to defraud someone of their voucher.0 -

However, I'm sure you only opened it by mistake.
Now, as it's not yours, return it to the address on the reverse of the envelope explaining that the intended recipient has moved away without leaving a forwarding address, and that you opened it by accident.
If you can't read the return address it is:

Hi there
Just placed 2 wine orders - the first gave me 1000 extra points, the second £10 off - when I placed to confirm order they both confirmed free delivery yet in my confirmation email I am being charged £5 delivery each time. I don't understand as it says on Tesco website that they are offering free delivery at the mo on wine orders - has this happened to anyone else. I have ordered 12 25cl bottles in each order.
Many thanks.0 -
Free delivery is from 6 March onwards - it comes up as free when you select the delivery date?0

Hi Annie - C
Yes it came up as free delivery on both orders - I then hit confirm order and when I got my confirmation email I had been charged £5 delivery both times. I guess I had better contact Customer Services tomorrow and find out why.
Thanks for your reply.0 -

hi,
I had same prob with this.Placed wine order for 8th March(which qualifies for free delivery)But after going through checkout found that delivery charge had been added on.I used a code for £15 off and have since found out that you cant use a xx- code and free delivery on this order.I cant complain, ordered 18 bottles of nice wine (i hope!!) .With the 20% off and £15 voucher came to £40 inc delivery charge the wine worked out at £2.20 per bottle.
Happy drinking!!!:rotfl:0 -
I have noticed this also....put in 2 orders in 2 seperate weeks when stated delivery free, using 1000 points code....when checking out stated delivery free on both orders, but on e-mails put back on did get 20% off though:j :j :j :j Thanks to all the MSE members for helping me out with coupons and vouchers :A :A :A :A :A0

I have just been arguing with tescos about the £15 off £75 shop online. I got a postcard with this code on and im sure it didnt have a maximum of use times on it although it did have a use by date. When i saw it posted here i chucked postcard . Does anyone know how many times i was allowed to use it? They are really trying to wriggle out of it despite being sent this from them (and i even quoted this in email to them "You can still use the eCoupons/eVouchers on another order,
provided the expiry date is still valid.")Anyone know if it did have a use only x amount of times on it?0
