That is scandalous - £120 of deals!
Do you still have the confirmation e-mails?
I cannot believe they do not have records for last year, I think they would keep any such records for at least 6 years. More likely they have been archived and they cannot be bothered to access them0 -

I only shop at Tesco for the points (£80 expected this month!) If points codes are stopped I'm going back to Sainsburys.0

blue_monkey wrote:Yes, I agree with this. I am going to wait for this months statement and vouchers and then each time I want to order call them and ask for some codes (usually 3-4 times a month). If they refuse to give me them I will shop elsewhere - but having accumulated £143 in points this month then £600 in deals is a lot of money to lose if they start clawing my codes back!! I do all of my shopping with Tesco for the codes. I get lots of vouchers for Sainsbury but never use them so I guess this might change if Tesco stop us using the voucher codes. It’s my opinion that it’s got nothing to do with people using points codes posted on the Net! If I’m right the pressure has come from their partners that accept the Tesco Club Card Points!
Look at the fiasco when they did the triple points on the “Beef Dinners” and people bought squillions of packets! All of a sudden Tesco went very quiet on the subject!
I think the same has happened with the codes being posted on the Net and they’ve been getting stick from the companies they are associated with.
Would it be that their partners are getting plenty of business but no money changing hands! After all what are Tesco giving away with points, nothing! There’re just points that cost them nothing and they get lots of money from you the punter!
Prove me wrong someone and tell me that Tesco are a kind and generous company and above all they put customers in front of profit and I’ll eat my hat!0 -
please can you tell me how to get these codes and how to use them. thank you0

the same thing has happened to me - I'm owed 2500 points from 3 grocery shops a 500 and 2 1,000's. I have sent the confirmation emails in and they just tried to fob me off saying theyhave been added - I know they havent been because I can account for all the points they have added so far this quarter. I'm still chasing them for these but I've been given the same excuse that they dont have records that far back (It's only Oct/Nov last year!!!)
Gits! I'd better get em or I wont be at all pleased!0 -

Some people think that because you get discount codes or extra points codes off the net you are somehow being dishonest, that of course is a load of rubbish, Tesco make billions of profit every year so why shouldn't us costomers get something back.0 -

I complained about the £15 voucher off £75 shop not working (had to complain a couple of times) but the gave me it in the end...so they should too(it got sent to me and it hasnt run out yet)0 -
Just got a reply from cs
Further to your enquiry. I have looked into this issue for you and the reason the ecoupon was not accepted is that Sparkling Perry is not classed as a Wine but a Cider. It is made from Pears and not Grapes.
What a load of cxxp!!! The points took onscreen and on my email. Really annoyed as I would not have made the order if it wasn't for the points.
Sent a reply back telling them that their order system is misleading, will see what they say, not holding out much hope though!!!
