  • It's fine to do this as long as you use a different code-I get at least 2 deliveries a month all with codes. I have about 13000 points coming in February - mostly from 1000 point codes!

    Saving up for a holiday...

2 would I be taking a chance doing another one with the 1000 points
I am saving for a bathroom suite from mfi and wanted it from next month
    points

    Hi almond

the points for a grocery shop are usually added with 2 days (thats is what i have found with my last 4 shops).
The deadline is sun 29th so if you did a shop thurs maybe fri! you may get with feb mailing.

You can always have 2 clubcards if you want to use the same code twice.

What happens if an item is damaged when it arrives?
    I haven't got one!
  • I did three wine orders in November each getting 1000 points.

However the points were not added at the time due to an error, so I phoned and was told that they would be added around this time just before Feb statement.

I phoned today to try and get a statement so I could see a breakdown of points added to my card and was told I would have to go to my local store for that. I spoke to someone about having the points added and they were really funny saying that they needed to know where I had got the codes from as you normally only get 2 codes a year emailed and he said that I had already used lots on grocery orders (I said I had got the codes from mailings and maybe an email). He said I would need to send proofs of the codes issued before they would be honoured and gave me a freepost address in Dundee.

I am gutted as we spent £75 on wine for 3000 points (£90) all for nothing

I am going to email them anyway but if anyone has had this problem or has any ideas then please let me know.

    Many thanks

on another forum i believe another shopper had this similar problem so i believe he phoned up cs and told them that he had binned the emails. He then told them that they can keep their credit card, dvd rental, petrol, gas & elec and that he would go Sainsburys instead.

After 3 mins they phoned him back and had put the points on his account!

    Worth a go.

Hi, just received a call saying my grocery shopping wouldn't be delivered tonight, as the van had broken down. I'm sure this must have happened to someone else before, but can anyone tell me whether they were given free delivery for the inconvenience. Was too scared to ask on phone - especially, as I'm using a 1200 points code.

My advice - wait till its delivered, then call up the number on the delivery slip, explain that they rearanged delivery on you, and ask for your service charge to be refunded. I'm sure they will!

IF I AM IN THE WRONG THREAD SORRY
Since November I Have Spent £557.00 At Tesco Checked My Points Tonight And It Says I Have 1362 Clubcard Points Which Is £13.50 Club Card Vouchers. Does This Sound Right. I Am New To Collecting The Points Use To Get E Vouchers Till I Read This Site. Thanks For Reading / Replying
    IT'S ALL ABOUT ME!!!:j:money:
  • That is about right. £13.60 would be exact. :) Welcome to the world of clubcard points
  • I used the £75 code for £15 off. My total spend £79.70 plus £3.99 delivery less £25.87 bogof's etc = £57.82. My £15 was not taken off and I have been told I will be emailed why in the morning. They give 3 reasons on the del note, below spend (not), did not include specific items for promotion (eh?) or technical reasons. Hmm. Anyone got any opinions?
