Hi is there anyone who is a tesco employee using these codes or will we get in trouble!! I am afraid to use in case they find out through my discount card.
Hi I work for Tesco and I've never had any problems, I also pass on codes to my manager and she uses them to.

I just got my delivery at 9.30 tonight and used the £10 code but my shopping before discount was about £50. There were 3 substitutes and I refused them, the delivery man was really nice, even good looking, anyway he took them off the handheld machine and then I signed for the goods. We were chatting a fair bit in between him bringing me my deliver, and then said goodnight and went. When I was unpacking I noticed that he hasn't taken the substitute items back. What shall I do? will he come back for them or not? Will I be charged for them?

Yippeeee Just got a refund for the items and nobody has bothered to get in contact.
No reliance should be placed on the above.

    Hi all,

I too have had some points added today, not knowing what they cover. This issue has been raised before and there are different ways to figure out what is what.

You could phone Tesco and ask for a statement. They keep a copy of all your shopping orders and points allocated for at least the last three months.

Generate a spreadsheet, have your total on it and each time you do a shop ( either in store or on line ) note on the spreadsheet what your points should be. Remember, the vouchers do not get added until the expiry date (so they tell me ).

Hope this helps ( in some way! )

I have also had some points added but not all that I am expecting. Can you tell me what number to call to get a statement. I have tried the clubcard number but they cannot tell me what the breakdown is. Is there an e-mail address for them? Thanks

Sorry- this has probably been discussed before but, if I have a voucher code for £15 off £75, do I have to spend £75 after discounts? Ie My spend is £84 but I know for sure I have more than £10 to come off due to discounts and bogoff. So is the minimum spend that shown as the 'guide price' before discounts?
    Thank you!

Hi, I think this is just a summary of the codes that have been added recently. If you look further down there are 4 separate codes that offer 1000 points when you make 4 separate £75 spends! Hope this is clear and answers your question!

Oooooooh! Oops i feel silly! Thanks for clearing that up for me! :o

  • i just did online shopping for the first time and used a 1000pt code, my questions are,

    1) when do u get charged for the food? on the day that u are delivered it or earlier?

    2) i saw someone got their first delivery refunded, is this common practice?

    many thanks
