After writing the letter, two weeks later I phoned up Lee Powell's office I got the credit scoring spiel but the lady explained it much better and was much nicer than the previous one i spoke to, the next day received a letter along the same lines. Decided to take the 0% for 6 months, after the 6 months will just cancel it.0

Finally......
Card arrived.... £5000 limit only. Bit disappointed as had previously been told my £17000 had been agreed by a helpful customer services advisor.
After a further call to Lee Powells office asking for written confirmation of 18mnth deal and a moan about credit limit...... letter received stating 9mnth deal would be extended to 18mnths BUT interest would appear on statement each month after the initial 9mnths but this would be credited back to account each month......
What a palaver !! Mind you its still 18mnths interest free.
AND......
Letter also said..... Credit Limit increased to £17000 !!!!!!
If you dont ask.... You dont get !!0
