Can someone tell which papers had the Kwik Save flyers/ads in and what day. I'm going to try and get two from Kwik Save tomorrow but if they are all gone I'LL try and price match in Asda, even though I have pre ordered in WHSmiths - Don't suppose they will price match?Look after the pennies and the £££s will look after themselves0

According to my sister there is an advert on page 25 of today's Sun newspaper for Harry Potter £4.99 at Kwiksave.
Asda should hopefully pricematch with a copy of this. I'm assuming I'll need one copy per Harry Potter book but its worth the cost of the paper for the saving.
Just going to buy my newspaper now...
Oops..
Have looked in the Sun and its a price comparison article rather than an advert but it may be useful in conjunction with the Kwiksave website printout.
Probably best to check with your local Asda before tring to use it0 -
I've just phoned my local Asda (Castlepoint, Bournemouth) and they will only price match with a copy of a Kwiksave advert. The newspaper article is not going to be accepted nor is a print out of the Kwiksave webpage with the offer.
Does anyone know if this advert has appeared anywhere?
The person I spoke to didn't seem to think this existed anyway !
Even if you have this advert he advised getting to the store by 9am as they will only price match it while Kwiksave still have stock.
He believes each Kwiksave store only has 50 copies of the book while this Asda has 2000.
It looks like there will be a lot of disappointed Kwiksave customers.
Asda will pricematch the Tesco advertised price with the advert in today's newspapers.0 -
I can't find this on the forum anywhere and I don't know too many details... It's on the website - where there are no details only the date and price....

My sister told me it was under 15's only.
If this is for real I wonder if I can get my money back on my Tesco order0 -
good price if it is true..............0

Just rang quicksave and it is limited..........they have got it at this price, but they don't know how many each shop will be getting.
also the lady stated that priority will be given to children under the age of 15 and adults who have a child under 15 with them.
There you go.0 -
Thanks for helping me find other comments on HP by moving my thread...but the Kwik Save offer is not (in my opinion) a 'Shop But Don't Drop'. I would have thought it was most definitely a 'Grabbit' as it sounds like if you are not in Kwik Save when it opens there will be none left! Definitely is only available 1 day only (max).
Hints on searching would be good too as when I search for 'Harry Potter' I just get 'Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms.' If it worked I would have found this thread and saved a post.0 -
I've just searched out the kwik save leaflet for this week and it is stated on the back
'coming soon HARRY POTTER and the half blood prince'
Available in Store July 16th
But it does not state a price. so were stuck there. with asda price matching.0
