We got a bread maker a few months ago and decided to take the plunge and use it! In our wisdom we have put the instructions 'safe' and now true to form can't find them.
Does anyone know where we can get a downloadable copy to print off? I've tried a few sites but to no avail.
TIA
Susie
PS this site doesn't have this manual on

Thanks for that squeaky.
After I posted I called them and the lady said that they don't do a model VB1010 so I said well it matches the pictures I've googled. She suggested I call where I got it from (isme) and see if they have the instructions (which I doubt they will).
If no joy I'll have to fudge it - I think most makers work the same way lol!

Hmm... Swan may be worth another call... there are thousands of different results for that model and it has even been reviewed by Which magazine:-

The basic Swan VB1010 breadmaker can bake two sizes of loaf, and has 12 settings but can it compete with fancier models? Our tests discover the answer. ...
So perhaps a different person might be able to give you a better answer.

Sorry for resurrecting this old thread
Our old breadmaker needs a new seal in the pan.... In the meantime I have been given a used but good and working Hinari 174 breadmaker from a guy off a local Freeworld-Recycling site (part of Freegle). However, I don't have either a user manual or a recipe book for it
Can anybody help out with a 'free' link to a pdf download for them please? I've found one or two places that want about £10 each for the downloads!!!! No way am I paying for something that should be free
In the meantime I have found that the pan seal in the Hinari is exactly the same as the one I need for my Prima breadmaker
It means I may be able to find a replacement seal now.

Could you not just move the seal across and use the Prima?Aiming for a Champagne Lifestyle on a Lemonade Budget

It is a possibility and one that I had thought about. It's not normally good practice to use a seal from one job to another though. However, in this case, as the bread maker has hardly had any use the seal should still be supple enough to settle in with the different spindle and breadpan setting.
The very good news is that 'UglyBloke' here in the UK has sent me all three pieces of paperwork that originally came with the Hinari breadmaker. So, I can try the recipes out in that one and see how it performs. If I can't get on with it then I can swap that seal over and just continue with the PrimaKevan - a disabled old so and so who, despite being in pain 24/7 still manages to smile as much as possible0
