If its more or less the same as a blender, you can run it for 1 minute, rest it for 30 seconds and run it again.

I do myself a drink in my blender every morning and drink it throughout the day.

I just chuck in anything I have got in the fridge/cupboard and dont buy specialy for it.

    Try this

    half a banana
    raspberries
    few chopped nuts
    spoon of honey
    half a carrot
2 sprouts (I promise you you cant taste them) I hate vegetables and some fruit but puttin these in I am ensuring i get some every day.
    fruit juice
    small piece of ginger

    Loverly..................................

  • I think the 260 is a newer posher version of a similar thing, and would give some good ideas as well as yummy ones!

Thanks for reminding to try that instruction leaflet website, but no luck there either.

And as for the sprouts, are these sort of blenders strong enough to pulverise them? What my daughter actually wanted for Xmas was a Vitamix - saw one at a food show, and it was amazing, happily blitzing up veg in smoothies, I just didn't think this sort of thing could handle it. And if you've ever come across the Vitamix, you'll realise why she's getting an ex-charity shop one instead !!!! They start at £300!

MY smoothies with the veg in are pretty smooth, its Kenwood and they are smooth enough for me.
Not expensive either, I think it was about £20.

I would ring Kenwood customer services and ask them. They'll probably have an instruction manual library and send/email the correct ones to you.

Having checked over the weekend and found the office closed, their website offered an email option, which I did, without much hope of response, quick or otherwise. Lo and behold, I received a reply back Monday morning with attached pdf. file.

10/10 for Kenwood customer services! And as a satisfied customer made a point of emailing back, thanking them ........ :T

Hi don't know if this is the right thread (where is the manual sharing thread btw?) But does anyone have the following

A manual for a vintage Ladies seiko automatic watch

    On the back it says

    2906 - 0850
    830637
    Stainless steel

    And it's water resistant...

It also has like a (5) in kind of eighties writing near the top just below where it says seiko and has day and date (but the day is a bit fiddly cos it also has it in french)

    Any info would be appreciated
