Jackie i hope you are able to source one. Is contacting the manufacturer an option?

Ive merged this with our OS manual sharing thread as it's dropped down the board :)

  • Hi there

May be a long shot but has anyone got the instructions i seem to have lost mine and cant remember how to make the espresso! The model number is CM4611 and its the Signature combi machine (black with silver trim) so coffee on one side and espresso and steamer on the other. Its a rather old model now so cant seem to find a link to the product currently being sold. If anyone has the instructions they could scan or type I would be very grateful!

Thanks in advance to anyone who may be able to help - I have searched the web now for several days but these cookworks manual seem so hard to get hold of.

P.S posted this a few days ago but on the wrong forum (new user - sorry) so i am re posting here and will delete the old one. Thanks

    Welcome to the madhouse.

I see the problem. There are links to Cookworks manuals online, but none to that model.

I also tried Argos customer services online, but there's no link for Cookworks, even thought they do seem to sell a lot of their stuff.

If it's the same firm, they're based in Vancouver. See http://www.cookworks.ca . Drop them an e-mail: the worse they can do is not reply or say no.

However, I'm sure another MSE-er will be along, who has one and will send you a copy. They're like that.

  • Thanks stephen i will try to email them then - it cant do any harm to ask.

Thanks for taking to time to look and for responding to my post.

Does anyone have a kenwood combi microwave, model no K30CSS10 please?

I have managed to lose my instruction manual and can't work out how to alter the power setting on the microwave to enable me to defrost food! You would think it should be intuitive but it isn't!

I've tried googling for the manual online but haven't been able to find it, but if anyone knows where I might find an online version of the manual, or somewhere I could order a hard copy, that would also be great.

    Thank you.
  • whilst I dont have this one - I've had several others
and the usual way is to keep pressing the power button and it cycles through several presets

on one i had you selected microwave and then temperature and it gave you the presets by repetaitlvly pressing than

    hope that helps

It doesn't have a power button is the problem. It has a dial which has 9 power levels. I can twist the dial to change the power level but I can't seem to store the setting. If I turn the dial to defrost level and start the oven it immediately defaults back to full power, and I cant set any time after turning the dial either.

I know it does work as I have in the past managed to defrost in it, but not for a while and I've forgotten how to do it! I remember last time I had to do it with manual in hand and it was more complicated than I was expecting but have no idea now what I did!

I can't actually find your product mentioned anywhere on their site. No microwaves at all.
