  • Hi,
Like your work! I am searching for a Kenwood Chef food processor 901E manual, and am happy to conribute all my existing manuals. Anyone able to assist?
    Cheers

  • I recently bought a Kenwood Major A707A which had a handbook for a Chef. Having Googled in the hope of finding a download for the correct one and reaching many dead ends, I eventually came across this link from where I downloaded a free copy. kenwoodchefrestore(.)co(.)uk (Take out the ()'s).
To get your download you need to have WinRAR on your PC but the site helps in that respect and took me to a location which allowed free downloads of a 40day trial copy. "kenwoodchefrestore" only deals with the 700 and 900 series of Chefs and Majors. Hopefully this will be useful for those of you searching to replace that missing handbook as many of the other links I identified were either inactive or dealt with latest models.

Sorry, I know this isn't Old Style and I will also be posting on the home phones board, but I thought someone wise or more organised than me might be able to help!

I have a OneTel Sigma 2000 twin cordless phone (the base phone is the same as for the 2400, I think). Somehow I have managed to press something and now all the phone conversations have to be conducted through the base, not the handset! This means it is impossible to have a private conversation as it is really loud. It is also incredibly annoying!

Of course, I can't find the instruction book. I have searched the forums and done a Google search for about 3 hours (I'm nothing if not determined!) but can't find a downloadable manual anywhere. Does anyone have a link, or have a manual they could either send me (I would pay postage and return it immediately), or be able to pm me with instructions? I would be really, really grateful. I am mad at myself because I do usually keep instruction manuals but I can't find this one. The phone is a few years old.

Many, many thanks to anyone who can help.

I found this site and when I click the "it's free" link in the box on the right, you have to provide a rating for the machine ( I just guessed :)) but it did download a user guide. Hope this is what you want,

Edited to add, looks like I took too long :o Well done Barneysmom :T

    Not Buying it 2015!
  • Have you thought about writing the manufacturers? I once bought a complicated board game from a boot sale, got home and found it was missing the instructions even though everything else was there and it was brand new. I wrote to the address on the box sending a SAE explaining where I'd bought it and how all I was missing was the instructions. They very kindly sent them. We wrote back a thank you and have tried to buy from that company again since they were so nice. Might be worth a try.
No buying unnecessary toiletries 2014. Epiphany on 4/4/14 - went into shop to buy 2 items, walked out with 17!
