    Going to offer asking price but don't think we'll get it.
    Have contated two estate agents, but nobody can come to value before the end of the week.

    Have made the offer. Now all we can do is wait. The good news is, as far as I know, no-one else has made an offer yet. Butterflies are stampeeding round my stomach........

    I hope so Radish - that seemed to me like it was the perfect house!
    Now I need to decide what to do about mine - shall I go ahead ad market it now, or wait until Mr C and I are both in a position to sell at the same time.
    My luck would be to sell straight away and then not find anything I liked!!

    Its tough, mine and BF went on within weeks of each other and 15 months later they are still both on the market

    Suppose it depends on how you feel about possible renting until you find the dream home
