    And breathe - term's ended :) . Has been a manic year.
Mr C coming home tonight so need to get my bottom in gear and tidy up the house, cut the grass, sort some paperwork out, do about 3 weeks washing, do some shopping, get a nice meal ready and try to make myself look presentable.
Will also ring the estate agent today.
My mum gave me £500 yesterday. It's going in the ISA ready for house purchase should another 'right one' come up!
    Thanks Mum :D
    Have a happy Friday everyone.

Another £700 in the ISA this week so doing ok there.
House goes on the market tomorrow.
Tidying like a crazy person today ready for photos to be taken tomorrow.
Found another lovely house but a tad on the expensive side for our budget and a no-no until Mr C has sold too, but it goes to prove that 'the' house wasn't the only one I could fall for!

    Well, that's done then.
Signed the papers and the house will be on the market as soon as I have okayed the particulars.
    Feel very odd!
Perhaps it's because the house is clean and tidy, understairs cupboard has new shelves and is organised and the airing cupboard isn't just a pile of stuff thrown in. The wardrobe hasn't let me down though - that still looks like everything has been stuffed in to get it out of the way (which it was)! The spare spare room is even tidy - all Mr C's stuff that's in boxes and my stuff which I never unpacked is oganised.
I think I need to lie down in a darkened room.

    Hi All,
Holiday creeping closer - we're off on Wednesday night to Manchester Airport, then fly out to Cuba Thursday morning for two weeks. Quite excited about that.:j
Nothing happening on the house at the moment - is now on the market but no bites yet. Sorted out a solicitor this morning - couldn't believe the variation in price between most expensive and cheapest. Have actually gone somewhere down the middle, with a firm I used for my divorce as I know them to be good.
ISA still filling according to plan. I'm starting to buy back a few premium bonds too this month as a I got rid of them when paying off the mortgage. It's a temporary measure but you never know!
    Not a lot else happening.
See you all in a couple of weeks!
    PO xx :)
