An update.

I still haven't received my bag. I emailed customer services yesterday who said that it was dispatched last thursday and they would call DHL and find out what was going on. DHL said they left it with my neighbour on Friday of last week:eek:

As soon as I could I ran round there and they say they never received it. DHL. I ring Customer services in a panic and they say they will ring DHL again and find out whats going on.

Call back about 30 minutes later to say DHL have to carry out an investigation which could take some time so Lush are sending me out an entirely new package which is fab news. Whats more, they aren't charing me the postage

I'm quite delighted with this service and look forward to getting my parcel hoepfully!

I think my neighbours did receive it and have opened it :mad:

i think i received 14 items per small grab bag and 28 items in the large one

lots of us have listed what items we received on the last few pages
