Emailed Lush too to say thanks and got a lovely response back.

I also didnt tell them a few bombs were broken as it makes no difference as they are just going in the bath anyway - am hoping with all the nice emails they may do it again next year :A

I've just voted for Sarah too. I hope you win - this offer has made a lot of people happy.

If I could - I would have voted for Lush Customer Services too. They are lovely.

My box arrived in the middle of last week (haven't had time to post since then) and I was delighted with everything in it - most of it was the same as the last few people had arrived.

I was however missing an egg nog lip balm or alternative and the Lush Pud was like a heap of broken concrete and dust and when I had a look in the gift sets the moisturiser's lid had came off in the Glamour Puss Gift Set and had popcorn all stuck to the tin and also the Tisty Tosty Balistic.

I wasn't disappointed as I still felt as though I had more then my moneys worth and e-mailed Lush to let them know, thank them for the excellent customer service and the great value for money of the grab bag (even if a couple of the items were damaged/missing).

I got a lovely e-mail back apologising for the damaged and missing items and they are going to send me a champagne jelly as a replacement for the missing item and replace all the damaged items as well as an extra tisty tosty for my inconvienience.

They didn't really have to do this as I was delighted already but this has just convinced me even more what a great company they are.

Top marks to Lush (and to Sarah for finding the offer in the first place)

For some reason, the link adds an extra "s" after service, better to type in [EMAIL="customerservice@lush.co.uk"]customerservice@lush.co.uk[/EMAIL] maybe?
