I emailed them that I was missing a soap from my Xmas present. And they saw my list and sent me the missing soap plus two extra soaps they said I should have had and to make up for it the super size pud and the champagne snow jelly stuff -- I got it all today -- great customer service.

Well i have finally got my large bag today. :D
Very upset by DHL who have been most unhelpful by not being prepared to help me at all with my delivery and in the end all it took was a call to Lush and they got it all sorted. So very pleased with them!
    ps
Already had a nice bath with some broken bits of large pud, gorgeous. :)

thank you. I'm pretty upset myself to be honest. The neighbours are really rough and probably smell gorgeous now. :(

Anyway, I'm hoping mine will turn up tomorrow! Fingers crossed!

I have to say, I've been very impressed with Lush. It would have been easy for them to turn around and say they'd run out of stock when faced with so many orders. But, all credit to them - they've pulled out all the stops at what is an extremely busy time (with Valentines day and Mothers Day to contend with too). And any problems seem to have been resolved - in fact more than resolved in some cases (I got 2 free Butterballs) - very quickly.

    Thanks all.

Thanks for this post - I have never bought Lush products before and have just enjoyed my first Lush experience! I went the whole hog with Bling Crosby (ooerr), candles around the bath, glass of chilled white wine, strawberries (special offer of course as this IS MSE!) and a good book.

What a glorious treat! I now smell lovely, feel soooo relaxed and am shedding glitter around the house. Can't wait for the next bathtime!
  • I too am still loving my products and ponder each time which one Im going to use next , Lets not forget to vote for Sarah as poster of the month;) cant wait for the next Grab sale bags :money:

i hate the butterballs! i used a small one the other day, they are soo greasy/oily. the bath was like an oil slick and so was i, had to give the bath a really good clean afterwards.

Put one in the bath with a candy cane bubble bar. Tons of sweet-smelling bubbles, and you get covered in oil too. I love it!!!
