Grab bag offer at Lush!!!!

So far so mysterious. No sign of my grab bags (supposed to be delivered to me in France) for 3 weeks and no answer to my emails, so I phoned today. They say DHL tried and failed to deliver and that they had emailed me about it. I have no 'you were out' message in my postbox and no emails have arrived (though I did get original order confirmation so they have correct address). Has anyone else experienced disappearing Lush emails? Where did you folk get your DHL tracking numbers from?

I had a card (you were out) from DHL but the tracking number on it was wrong. I had no luck in getting anywhere with DHL so I've rang Lush directly and enquired about my order. They were very good at sorting it out at once.

grownup1 - I hope you get your parcel soon, has it been sent back to lush undelivered? Sorry I don't know where you get the DHL tracking number, I never got one! it was just delivered unexpectedly. Maybe Lush could give it to you if you ring them? Hope you get it sorted soon.

RoxieW - My dh has is own supply of Lush which he had for xmas! Though I have been sharing the ballistics with one of my sons who loves watching them fizz in the bath

That's what I do, but still always manage to loose a chunk down the plug :rotfl:

I think I might be one of the last to receive my large grab bag. I ordered it on the 3rd Feb - it arrived today, but at least it was worth the wait!

Yes i think it smells lovely, one of only a couple of things i liked from my grab bag.
I only just went to my bathroom a few mins ago & had a smell of it... sad i know

your better off freezing the jellies, there easier to handle and last longer that way too
