I've also emailed Lush to thank them for their great customer service. I know it's been a bit of a wait but they didn't have to honour all the excess orders, they could have just told everyone they had run out of stock, that's what most places would have done.

I think Lush must have had a lot of lovely emails from us msers today I sent one to them earlier to say thanks etc & had a lovely message back from Christina which I wasn't expecting, very impressed with lush's customer service:)

I hope everyone whose parcels are missing/undelivered gets theirs very soon.

Just voted this post of the month too. Very deserving (imagine how much lush stuff you could get with £50 OP!)

Am sending Mr Sparkle to his mums tomorrow to visit and take her lush stuff to her, meaning I can wallow in the bath. Might have one tonight too actually

Bought a solid conditioner bar seperately too so get to see what that is like.

After the slight panic that my order had got lost (it helps if you quote the correct order number!) I called them yesterday (Thursday) and a lovely lady said that it would be despatched by Friday.

When I got home from work this afternoon there was a large box sitting in our hall. Thank you to our next door neighbour who took it in for me.

I had ordered one large and one small bag and got the following:

3 x stocking fellas (contains 80g Happy soap & 100g happy hippy shower gel)
1 x secret santa
1 x glamour puss ( contains 100g ruby red slippers bubble bar slice, 95g tisty tosty bath ballistic, 10g gorgeous moisturiser, 10g potion solid perfume & 80g cocktail soap)
1 x supersize lush puds (wow they smell fab)
1 x tree amigos
1 x bob soap (there are 2 small ones in the bag)
2 x snow fairy
2 x snow cakes
3 x greenwash soap
2 x jingle jelly
1 x champagne snow showers
1 x gold frankincense and beer
1 x christmas party
3 x twinkle
1 x lush pud
3 x christmas kisses
1 x silver cloud
2 x jingle spells
2 x candy cane

Very pleased and plan to share it out tomorrow with a friend (I've already split the things that I have two of and there is still a box full to have a pick each out of).
