Grab bag offer at Lush!!!!

Well I think Lush's generousity with these Grab bags will pay off for them.

I bought 2 grab bags because I have only ever bought a couple of soaps from them and wanted to try their other products. I got so much stuff that I shared it out between my Mum and sister- both Lush virgins. They are now hooked on the stuff and I can see them spending a small fortune on products in the future!

Gtot mine today aswell!! (Sods law that it turned the only day i went out!)
Was left at a house down the road (not a neighbour really as they live 5 houses down, he must know my real neighbours arent trustworthy! lol)

Any way identical contents to everyone else, the shower gel leaked and a half a jelly had come out, not sure whether to complain as i got so much! lol

Well the way I see it is if they get a lot of complaints about one item missing etc when they have been so generous they will be less likely to ever do it again. If there are lot of things missing or unusable because of leakage then yes I would probably complain but if its only an odd item then we have still got a bargain so I would just accept it. My daughter has just left with her bag, saying 'you wont see me for a while, I will be in the bath' Probably means I wont get her £20 but at least I will get a few days peace LOL

I've e mailed Lush to thank them for great customer service, in the face of what must have been a nightmare for them, I'm really impressed by the excellent way in which they've handled this. The lady I spoke to when I queried my order status was so sweet, nothing was too much trouble, no grumbles about how busy they must have been.

If we all show our appreciation maybe they will be more inclined to repeat the offer again next year.

I haven't checked it yet, but just thought I'd let people know who are waiting for deliveries.

DHL have now been driving my parcel around for two full days :mad:

Think they must like the smell of their van or something! Said out for delivery as of 8am yesterday, returned to base undelivered, out all day today again... still nothing. So frustrating! I can't drive so can't collect from depot - looks like it'll be monday now

Delivery companies are definitely the new clampers!

For anyone still waiting I have just spoken to customer service who said my order 49xxx (less than 20!) was dispatched on 13th. It is NOT showing on DHL as tracking so getting a bit worried now.

Just thought I's let you all know my large bag came just now and I'm order number 491XX also I'm in Aberdeen which is generally classed as the Highlands by most places so usually takes longer. My DHL delivery lady also got hers today(wonder if she uses this site?)

I got:

Giant christmas pud(intact) with bob and snowcake soaps inside.
2 bob soaps
2 snowcake soaps
2 green something or other soaps
2 green green bath of foam
candy cane bath crumble stuff

Well impressed with my haul. And Mr Sparkle after laughing at my excitement all week is now in the shower using the stovcking fella stuff I gave him :rolleyes:

I've boxed up stuff for the MIL so I'll be in the good books.
