This is 'off topic' I know but I've also had problems with the Coventry, it's as though they don't want any new investors. I've asked why I can't close an esavings account and open another and so far haven't been given a reason.I opened or tried to an account with coventry b/s where I was to place 1/2 my money but Kaupthing up and running and holding my cash scored because it was easy and straight forward .Coventry returned my ID documents as they require them to be validated,after I phoned up cust service I was told I would have to take my documents to a lawyer or some person of upstanding in society and signed to say they were authentic.Totally ridiculous it's me placing my money with them it should be me who is wary.Named after my cat, picture coming shortly0 -
Coventry's procedure seems the slowest I have come across0
