When they sent my bank statement back to me they also sent me another persons as well....obviously a mistake on Kaupthings part, but not good eh?

Are they still requiring paper statements? I only have a cahoot current account with no chequebook option, so I'm SOL

No statements are required from last week. Electronic checks are now sufficient.

I had sent my statement but got an email the next day saying that I do not need to send in the statement.
I got another email giving me my Ac No and Sort Code and it said that I should be receiving information in post about how to log in to the internet banking.

So waiting...

This is very funny, all these negative comments about Kaupthing. There were exactly the same sort of things being said about ICICI when they launched and for for nearly a year afterwards.

Might u have the security settings on your PC too high possibly, I once had problems logging into ebay and discovered it was due to a security setting preventing me logging in.
