That looks a bit like the base of a bookcase or dresser..............would look lovely all painted up...............oh if only................but can't afford it, no room for it anyway.
But...........OH has agreed with me about painting out kitchen cupboards including the free standing one.
Last lot of covering it all had was a sort of colour-wash paint in a creamy/beige colour thats now a sort of 'mucky' beige.........if you know what I mean. So, sage green (or nearest to Haribo's kitchen colour) here we come !!!!

lol im as nosy as the next and love having a sly peek when people leave their curtains open and lights on - cant understand why people do it though as i always make sure the curtains or blinds are closed before the lights go on (unlike my neighbours who have sex on the living room floor - well they did until i put a note through the door warning then they were putting on a show for the whole cul-de-sac and that i didnt fancy an early sex-ed talk with my kids whos bedrooms looked over said room!!) EWWWWW!! pretty decor is nice to see but ugly bottoms are not!! :rotfl:

Just found a fabulous site it has all the shabby chic and cottage chic needs including some beautiful clocks and lamps. Lovely selection that I haven't seen before, even on the high street.

    Best wishes

That particular shop was mentioned by someone early in the thread and no doubt I would have given them some business at some point but not when they use spammers to spread the word.
  • Oh dear, what a way to lose some business, I was looking at that site today, alas Mark it is now removed from my bookmarks. Great job there:T:T.

Seen something quite funky for people in the Herts area
