did anyone buy anything from the bhs sale when it was posted earlier in the thread?? i ordered one of the jugs, 2 plates (kiddy ones) and the tin flower pitcher - i have to say i am so impressed with it all!! Much bigger than i ever anticipated and it all looks so expensive too - not bad for £15 inc postage!! Thank you to the OP of the link to the bhs sale :D

Far too much!! I got cupcake / pastel hearts teatowels, pink heart housekeeper box, pitcher and dishwasher box and 12 flowery mugs!

I really must stop following links to sales as I am trying to save for a house deposit!

    evening all !!

just wondered if anyone had any more photos of their projects for me to have a nose at..
ive started to look at the same things twice now !!!
anyone going to start shabby chic'ing their gardens ???
ive already bought some nice lanterns and some wall tiles from the charity shop.. just want it to start being a bit warmer so i can go out there and do my thing!!![/quote

I don't have a garden as such, just a large high walled back yard.I guess I have already shabby chic'ed mine in a way, although I did'nt realise it.It's just my kind of style, always has been. The old hippy in me(embarrassed to say). You can see my yard garden from all sides from my kitchen as I have two large windows. My kitchen is in a buttery cream and the worktops are a very pale cornflower blue granite,I have lots of the old cream enamel stuff,so I matched my yard garden to it.I painted the walls in a cream to match my units and painted the shed and garden furniture to match the worktops. It seems to bring the inside in and the buttery cream walls make it look warm and sunny all year round.I have some lovely enamel wall troughs/baskets,dotted around in a lovely blue, in different sizes with the words garden, flower and seeds written on them in bold black lettering.I have a lot of different wall plaques collected over the years dotted around and lots of things hanging around the walls to decorate it,pretty glass bee catchers, glass mobiles a bird house and hanging bird table.I've got my plants on the wall in miniture hay baskets I was lucky to find and I've got some lovely brightly coloured enamel watering cans and jugs ect. as well as lots of lanterns hanging around. It just looks so pretty and reflects my personality.I'm going to try and get some help to see if I can get a picture posted,as I'm not very good with this kind of thing.

Kitchen is going slowly as Harry can only work on it during the evenings as he went back to work on Tuesday. For an update see here

Maybe the buyer brought it back! Maybe he has a job lot of them like this guy ! Maybe they are incredibly rare in Surrey. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Saved it to my ebay again!

    Me too!
At least the first guy isn't being greedy like the other one.
What would he have been charged in fees for the £299.99 listing and FVFs for his fake sale?
I'm tempted to email him and ask if the £150 start price is correct! :rotfl:
