Thanks everyone for inspiring me. My dresser is nearly finished - just the top doors and drawer fronts to do now. I can't wait to be able to get some bits and bobs on it. Even OH is impressed.

    Looks lovely viv
What colour paint is it you're using ?
Oh and just for interest to anyone............on the Freebie board there's a link for 5 free samples of Crown paints........I've sent for some and they say 3-5 days delivery so we'll see. You get a choice of colours from the different ranges,i.e. greens, creams, blues etc.
I thought the little sample pots might be useful for a bit of stencilling (if they're big enough pots..........lol)

I'm creative -you can't expect me to be neat too !

I really like this style of plate and I've come across them several times of peoples blogs.
Does anyone know whether they are a particular name or make? I usually keep my eyes open at the car boots and charity shops but rarely see anything like them.
    Thanks in advance.

Vivw Your dresser is looking really good, the hard work is paying off! Can't wait to see it when it's finished :)
Vintage I've got my eye on the Hoosier ;) But I expect it's going to go for wildly more than my extremely conservative budget :( It would be fab in the playroom after some tlc :)
