Shabby Chic Thread?

I just keep 'oldstyle' as my favourite, then click the little blue arrow next to the shabby-chic thread title which takes me to the last message I read here.

Did you know this thread has been viewed nearly 65000 times!

I'm fiddling with some bunting I've mocked up, trying to judge the right size. I found some wonderful stuff on Etsy...it's a real treasure-trove of vintage stuff.

And this is my find of the month so far I think It was mahogany but with a little shabbying in french grey it looks a lot better, it is a huge 4ft x 4ft.........

im still loving this thread sooooo much.. its the first thing i come and look at when i log on!
i dont like the idea of doing it week by week.. i like going back and having a look at older posts on the thread.. leave it how it is !!!

well my hubby has nearly finished laying all the laminate flooring throughout our house.. its the antique stain stuff from ikea and it looks lovely.. when hes done that i can put all my finishing touches around and then i'll take some piccies and hopefully you will all say nice things about my home !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love those ottamans but alas, no room in my bedroom for one. I used to have that set when I was a kid. My mum bought it at auction and painted the sides and recovered the top. Shame I don't know where it got to. :rolleyes:
