I have been reading your posts regarding your new house and have decided that I am going to move in with you when you get moved in.
Hope you don't mind too much, but it just sounds too nice for you to keep it to yourself and not share it with me
I hope you don't snore - its a very small house :rotfl:
I know I'm very lucky to be moving there, and I love it :j I'll put up some photos soon to show some of the nice features; kitchen and bathroom have to be ripped out and replaced and a few other jobs done before I can even begin to decorate or anything; its likely to be a while before I can move in... don't throw the string away. You always need string!

Haribo,
I can't tell you how touched that I am that you bought it for me. You made me cry. I'll take really good care of it, I promise. When you come over in April you can tell me where's the best place to put it.
Love you loads xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Now go and clean that floor!

Its beautiful Haribo. :T a few weeks ago our local second-hand furniture place had a beautiful old machine with the original wooden table, drawers down one side; all in working order and all the drawers were full of old haberdashery. it was sold half an hour before I got there, for £20 .... I could have cried!... don't throw the string away. You always need string!

Pink, what will you do with the machine? Will it be to use or display? It reminds me that we have DH's gran's Singer in our loft, but I have no idea how or where to display itAny ideas?

Hi Penny,
I was looking for one for display but apparently this one is in full working order so I might just give it a go.
Go and get yours out of your loft.....Haribo will [STRIKE]spirit it off because she has a thing about sewing machines[/STRIKE] tell you where best to put it.
