I've just bought myself a moneyplant about 8" tall for £4.99 and a red bowl to put it in. Haven't worked out where it should go just yet due to its size (I was looking at much smaller ones but they were the same price as this one!). Its currently sitting in the bowl in the kitchen having a good drink as the soil is really dry (were talking dusty soil here!) then I'm going to dig out my red velvet ribbon and juggle some money to put in the pot with it. :j

Here's hoping this is a sign that we're going to get our taxes sort out ;)

I've just got my moneyplant (I think) all it said on the label was Succulent (PITB B & Q) and it's stuck in a ridiculous little silver pail at the moment. I'll look for a better home for it tomorrow :D

Mapping the bagua - does this apply to the room you are sorting or the whole house:confused:

Have been debating with a friend and we are just confusing each other ... some places say apply mapping to the room, and some to the house! And what if the actual SE/NE/SW etc etc corner does not match the bagua thingy! e.g SE for wealth etc, but mapping the bagua shows it as the NE atour place:confused: which do you go for. I have to say, with mapping the bagua, it is very easy .... but my friend is worried as the Relationship area shown on bagua is where her bath room is ....

Total confusion ... and all because whilst in B&Q I bought a jade plant (thought it was pretty and ideal for a bare space we had) and the till person asked if I was hoping to get rich with the plant :rolleyes:took a while to investigate and find out it was about fengshui:o
I can say whatever I like here ... 'cos no one can see me .. ner ner ner ner ner !!!....

How do you know I ain't sitting here butt naked?!?!

I thunk I've made you think for a minute!

Tell your friend to keep the toilet seat down, fix dripping taps and always keep the toilet door closed.

She could also put a tiny mirror on the outside of the toilet door to mitagate effects on relationships.

  • I can't believe I've only just found this post (am at work and supposed to be working, but have read up to page 15 so far)!!!

I seem to be quite lucky as my house appears to face the 'correct' direction i.e. north is the front door and south is the back of the house.

Like somebody else said in one of the posts, I too have a set from Avon and only ever used the incense sticks. I am now on a mission to find the gold coins with a red ribbon and place them in the SE corner - or should they be with the financial stuff?

Re the plant in the bathroom - should there be no plants in the bathroom at all or only in the correct corner, does anyone know (I have one on the window sill).

As you can guess from user id, we have 3 boys, so I will be telling them even more forecefully now to put the lid on the loo down!!
