“A regression analysis can demonstrate correlation, but it doesn’t prove cause. After all, there are several ways in which two variables can be correlated. X can cause Y; Y can cause X; or it may be that some other factor is causing both X and Y. A regression alone can’t tell you whether it snows because it’s cold, whether it’s cold because it snows, or if the two just happen to go together.”
I've only just found this post, but this explains it!0 -

But young men think it is,
And we were young.

Now can anyone find me a plant that will make my parcels arrive? I'm sick of staying in for things that are not appearing when they are supposed toOrganised people are just too lazy to look for things

Is it true that you should not buy one of these plant for yourself, I`ve heard its bad luck
Can I also ask for the money spell, thanks0 -
Is this true - should I get DS to go in and buy one for me??
Does it count if I get my neighbour (who works in Homebase) to get me one and I give her the money for it?Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

moggins, I don't think that there's a problem with buying it yourself, I've read (or skimmed more like) a few feng shui books and not seen this mentioned at all.
I've read that you need to energise your wealth area with crystals in the window to catch the light (you get a great rainbow glitter ball effect when the sun hits it) something red or orange and a green leafy plant with round -not pointed -leaves and the money or jade plant is perfect example but not essential. As well as my jade plant I have a cyclamen with red petals which covers 2 of the above points in one go.0 -
morning all, well I went for a job interview yesterday and they really wanted me to take the job, unfortunately I couldnt make the early start time as I have 2 small kids to sort out first - but it was a real boost to see that someone does want me! am feeling more positive in myself now than I did last year!
question for AP: I've got a conservatory that extends after my living room wealth area, and reading an article yesterday says that I should include it? unfortunately this area is full of my kids toys - so is a bit cramped but no where else to put them, but i do try and keep it tidy as possible!!!! ha ha0 -
Hi Shez, Karen Kingston uses the Bagua grid rather than the compass method and suggests that you can use it on ever decreasing smaller areas, so you can do the whole house or each room or even your desk.
This website was mentioned earlier in the thread, click 'resources' and then 'mapping the bagua' and you'll see how to lay this grid over your areas and then you can enhance the wealth area of other rooms if your living room is impossible because of the kids things.0
