I think I have a money plant - I'm not sure (is it a funny looking succulent type plant?)

Anyway, it's in my bathroom and for the last few years we've had nothing but bad luck financially, it's been one thing after another!

The bathroom isn't a good place for luck, the bathroom and kitchen is where things leave the house so you need to find your wealth area in the house and put it there...if you don't know yet where your wealth is yet

There are two schools of thought on this

One is by using a compass you find which is the south east area of your room (or house) and put it there

    or

as you walk into your room (or house) the wealth area is at the far side of your room, and to the left (imagine that your room is in 9 squares like noughts and crosses).

Does it make a difference whether it's upstairs or downstairs?

And does it sound like the plant I've got is a money plant?
  • This is the plant and I think thast downstairs would be better, I read that plants aren't too good in bedroms in a Feng Shui way

Just logged on after having several days of nightmare and not knowing whether im coming or going.

Turning into Scrooge: Sorry to hear about your car accident. yes i know what you mean about backslap.

I do qualify for redundancy pay, thats not really the problem, i fully understand downturns etc, but what is really hard to take is when you know your getting singled out and have to sit in the office with whispering going on around you and you feel so isolated - its gut wrenching and feeling like youve got no one to turn to, and the way that people go about things, you know what i mean? i thnk they forget sometimes that we are only human with feelings and there are more tactful ways of dealing with it.

its been the most awful few days, and I dont relish the saga of compiling advice etc, it feels such a headache._pale_

    sorry to go on all.

My OH started taking the mick when I told him why I'd moved our money plant - but then he kissed it before he left the house this morning! :rotfl:

    I've been Money Tipped!
Should my money tree not be in the kitchen? The south east corner of the living room is where the opening of the patio door is so I cannot easily have a plant there.
The world is over 4 billion years old and yet you somehow managed to exist at the same time as David Bowie

When you see him feeding it Baby Bio you need to worry ;)

Sending hugs to Shez, you're having a rotten time at the moment, but by this time next year you will have forgotten all about it and be doing far better in your next job (or venture even?)
