  • Sorry to be so dim but I can't find the Birds Eye 150 points deal on Tesco's website  I have been advised to go to Customer Service today to ask for my missing points from Friday. I want to go forearmed as the people I have spoken to today, all seemed oblivious of this points deal. Hope someone can help me a.s.a.p.

    Thanks

Its on the website, i've just checked. You have to sign in to your tesco.com account to look at the Groceries part. Once you've signed in type bird's eye roast beef in the search bar and it will bring up all the bird's eye's deals.

is there a way to see on the Clubcard account details where do the points come from? I used a 1000 extra points code in my last e-shopping and although it appears in my invoice I think it has not been credited yet; but I am not sure since I had quite a few points from the beef this month. Does anyone know how to see the points itemised?
  • Thanks raeble, I can be a dingbat at times :o Now I can tell them that the deal is on the website, if I get any more dimwits. Fingers crossed I get my points. I seem to have bad luck when it comes to points. I'll be making similar phone calls to Boots and Sainsburys!

I believe there is a write-up in todays Daily Star (thanks to the Flyertalk 'snobs' for this one - I wouldn't buy this paper myself). The Daily Star and Daily Mail articles can be found on this page..

I believe tightperson (10148) and bylromarha (New Zealand) have both been mentioned in this article - no mention of MSE though.

These extra points codes tend to appear in the next clubcard mailing rather than on your account anytime before this

Where are people booking there holidays with the vouchers? Cosmos? Kuoni? Is there any limit to how many vouchers that can be used or how much value you can use?
Please PM me if you have more details too long to post as we'd really love to start saving for a family holiday next year.
    Thanks in advance,
    Zoe
