Tesco Clubcard - Extra Points Goods

Im in the fortunate position where I have 4 big tesco supermarkets within a 6 mile radius

one of them has turned off the freezers where the points offers are

dont believe they are temp out of order as the notices say

still keep accumulating 2000 + points per day

thank goodness some bright spark at tesco offered this

will get a free 4 star plus holiday for free

Anyone getting sick of beef?:rolleyes: We have had it three times a week now for 3 weeks as i only have a small freezer. I have baked it, fried it, boiled it, ate it in sandwiches and ate it for breakfast. I will be glad when the offers finished cause i cant resist a good bargain!

Daily mail has a write up about this today and said that Tescos will be stamping down on bulk orders "to make it fair for everyone".
Although the offer finishes next week I also think that now everyone will be after it so will be harder to find .

I am supposed to be collecting my 100 boxes today - last order placed at customer services left me with less than half of my original order - I wonder how many I will actually get today?!

Although I cannot complain. I have enough points to make half the cost of my holiday already. Better halfway than not at all!

Had a pm from the journalist doing the story, wanting me to contact her before the end of the day, but was at my mummys trying to persuade her not to spend her clubcard vouchers in store and explain why all the cheese in my fridge was a gift from Mr Tesco...

She can't get her head round the fact that I gave away £1000 of food in exchange for £2000 off a holiday. Does not compute.

No it doesn't mention anyone in specific but you can tell the jounalist has been on these boards by what they have written.Gives the example that there is a recipe thread for beef in gravy.
Bit annoyed if I can't get anymore beef as have seen a table and chairs from MFI and only need another £20 of points.

Just got back from a shop and bought The Mail...I see what you mean about trawling the boards for info...but no credit to Martin for the site, which I think is poor.

The shelf was full of 65p beef, although it was still 66p according to the sign! So you should be able to get hold of your table before the offer stops....and the points offers spewing out at the till are amusing. I had my 2nd 50 points for £2 on frozen food today.
