They are using BA Miles (not airmiles) to buy British Airways flights. Table of flight costs in BA Miles here.
Most of the flyertalkers are using the BA Miles to upgrade from World Traveller+ to Club or Club to First because this saves a fortune compared to what a first or club ticket should usually be.
I've also been slagged off on the flyertalk thread for "stealing" when in fact I even credited them - won't bother next time.

Has anyone managed to get a bulk order from Tescos anywhere in Scotland???? I have tried all my local stores and the most they will sell me is between 6 and 10 packs - I can get more than that going into the store (even though they are supposed to operate the same policy in the store)
If you have managed a bulk buy in Scotland - could you please post the store or PM me the store please???
Thanks0 -

Beef in gravy is now £1.25 for a small pack at Lincoln tescos. Not that I've been tempted to buy any mind, the Chicken is now the cheapest at £1.
I'm saving clubcard vouchers like crazy as I want to take my little one to Disney World in Floriday for her 4th birthday and hopefully Mr Tesco will pay for it...fingers crossed. I'm a bit worried that by the time I get there (2008) they will have stopped doing vouchers either altogether or with the holiday companies...I'm sure I'm worrying over nothing as they've been doing these for ages and its a nice way to reward loyal customersI've also applied for a tesco credit card although they didn't receive my signed paperwork....how annoying!!!! so they are sending me another set out in the post.
By the way apart from the vouchers that get printed out at the till for extra points, are there any other offers for bonus points apart from the:
Birds eye meals and weight Watcher meals???
ThanksSaving for Disney again, oops why book one Disney holiday when you can book two!:starmod: Emergency Fund Savings - #148 - £10/£1000 1% :starmod::xmastree:#083 SPC6 £63 - SPC7 £90 - SPC8 £63 - SPC9 £54 - SPC10 £26 - SPC12 £70 :xmastree:0 -

I got a huge amount of greif for trying to put a customer order in Haslingden, the customer service lad was lovely, but stock control were so rude that I am putting a complaint in. He said only 10 per person, oh you have bought more what about are customers (what am I?), when I asked for customer order he said what did I want to do with the meat, what was I using the points for, all in an aggresive tone. When I said that he looked perplexed at the order he was mumbled about real csutomers, under sufference he took my name, but I bet no order will be placed (do you think I upset them last week when I got money back on the overcharges !!) they should be gratefull they overcharged me for 29 beef on Saturday as I had picked up 1 big to make to 30 and they charged all at that rate, I accepted the difference as I was in no mood to argue, ! (I was trying to show that I did not always get my money back as I think I am shortly to be banned !)0 -
